清水五条駅3分　女性専用シェアハウス。 短期利用歓迎。 出張、長期旅行、リフォーム時の仮住まいに、ご利用をお待ちしています。 京都らしい路地奥の一軒家です。 ２階居室は6畳、１部屋6万円光熱費込み。 和室2部屋と洋室1部屋から選べます。 家賃は月毎の前払いです。 掃除当番はありませんが、使った場所や自室の清掃は各自行ってください。 調味料や洗剤などの生活用品代は家賃に含まれません。共有部分で使う分のみ、常識的な使用量に限りサービスいたします。自室で使うものはご自身で購入してください。 2階の共用部屋にテレビがありますが、アンテナが無いのでゲームやビデオ鑑賞用です。 １階に管理人が住んでいます。 深夜に本格的な調理やパーティーをするのはご遠慮ください。湯沸かし、レンジ使用程度でしたら大丈夫です。 冷蔵庫は共用です。食品は名前を書いて入れてください。 電子レンジはレンジ機能のみです。必要でしたら事前にご用意ください。 各部屋に鍵が設置されています。窓は、3cmくらい開けた状態で簡易ロックをかけて換気できます。 １部屋２人入居は、姉妹や、それに準じたご関係の場合のみ可です。部屋代+１万円になります。ベッドは１つしかありません。布団の追加は実費で承ります。 ペット不可です。 女性専用シェアハウスですが、ご家族での3部屋貸し切り（18万円/月）であれば、男性を含んでいてもご利用いただける場合があります。 家の改装中の仮住まい等、ご相談ください。 京都美術工芸大学　徒歩５分程度 京都女子大学　徒歩２０分強 ーーーーーーーーーー 内覧希望の方は、希望日時、氏名をご連絡ください。 管理人が女性のため、入居者は女性のみご案内可能です。入居希望者のご家族であっても、男性のみではご案内できません。 ビデオ通話での内覧も可能です。 契約に必要なもの ・身分証（コピーをいただきます） ・１ヶ月分の家賃 3 minutes from Kiyomizu Gojo Station. There are 2 Japanese-style rooms and 1 Western-style room. Please be responsible for cleaning the area you have used. The cost of daily necessities is not included in the rent. The refrigerator is shared. Please write your name on the food items. The microwave does not have an oven function. Please prepare in advance if necessary. If you would like to preview, please let me know your convenient date and time, and skype name. Only women can be guided.Because the bathroom is shared. *Renting out 3 rooms for a family (180,000 yen/month) may be available even if there is a male member. *Sharing 1 room is only possible if two are of the same gender. Electricity, gas and water bills will increase, so an additional charge of 10,000 yen will be required. There is only one single bed. If you need more futon, there will be additional costs. It's probably around 10,000 yen, and I'll charge you according to the receipt from the store. If two of you share a room, the price is very low at 35,000 yen per person per month, but I imagine it can be stressful unless you get along very well. List of things you need on the day you move in (In case of direct contract) ・Passport and visa(copy required) ・Rent (Prepaid monthly Cash only） If you sign a contract through a real estate company, you can complete these procedures before moving in. A handling fee of 22,000 yen will be charged. If you would like to go to Kyoto for a working holiday, study abroad, or travel, I will help you learn Japanese during your stay. The house is located in sightseeing area with Kiyomizu temple, 3 convenience store, and many nice restaurants and izakayas (bars). The Shared residence is less than 3 minutes walk to KiyomizuGojyo and 30 minutes walk Kyoto station. *If you lose or duplicate the key, it costs 30,000 yen to exchange. For the safety of all residents, please don't lose it. *If you leave stains on the bedding that cannot be removed, you will be charged up to 16,000 yen when you move out. I am not good at English, so I may ask you to communicate in writing.
